State Land Use Designation: Urban. <br /> 7. General Plan LUPAG Map: Low Density Urban. <br /> 8. County Zoning: Single-Family Residential (RS-15). <br /> 9. Coastal Zone Management, HRS, Chapter 205A: The entire State of Hawaii lies <br /> within the Coastal Zone Management area. <br /> 10. Special Management Area: The SMA is a part of the Coastal Zone Management <br /> Program regulated by the County. The project site is not located in the SMA. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT SITE AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 11. Subject Property: The property is a triangulaz, approximately 27,224-squaze foot <br /> improved property. There is a 73-year old single-family dwelling on the site. <br /> 12. Surrounding Zoning and Land Uses: The area is predominantly single family <br /> residential in character. Surrounding properties are zoned RS-15 to the north, west and <br /> south, and RS- ] 0 to the east. Further south of the site on the corner of Maikai and <br /> Kinoole Streets are properties zoned CN-1 Q site of the former Food Fair Supermazket <br /> complex. Within one-half mile of the site, there are various commercial uses including <br /> restaurants, shopping centers, churches, schools and convenience stores. <br /> 13. U.S.D.A. Soil Type: The Olaa series, which consist ofwell-drained extremely stony silty <br /> clay loams which formed in volcanic ash. Permeability is rapid, runoff is slow, and the <br /> erosion hazazd is slight. <br /> 14. ALISH: Unclassified. <br /> 15. Land Study Bureau's Productivity Rating: Unclassified. <br /> 16.
