"SECTION 24. Amendment of Bylaws. The Bylaws may be amended by unanimous <br /> <br /> vote at any executive committee or general membership meeting. The effectiveness of <br /> amendments by the executive committee shall be subject to the same procedures applicable to <br /> interim policies under section 10. The Secretary [-Treasurer] shall transmit copies of <br /> <br /> amendments to the Bylaws to each officer." <br /> SECTION 8. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. <br /> SECTION 9. The interim Bylaws amendments shall take effect upon the unanimous <br /> <br /> approval of the Executive Committee and shall become permanent upon compliance with Section <br /> 10 of the Bylaws. <br /> <br />
