The ordinance also stated <br /> that the Department of Finance be responsible in providing the staff to manage the lands <br /> acquired by the County and to minimize use of outside agents. In order to fullful this <br /> responsibility, a Property Manager position and a Clerk III position are being created for the <br /> new Property Management Division under the Department of Finance. <br /> <br /> The initial funding for these new positions are derived from the General Fund's Fund <br /> Balance.
