No. 286-06 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> <br /> TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair Safarik and Members <br /> <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 286-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 286-06, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 749, dated Mazch 7, 2006, creates a Property Manager position and a Clerk III position for <br /> <br /> the Department of Finance. <br /> Ordinance No. OS-85 created the Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation <br /> Commission trader the Department of Finance. The ordinance also stated that the Department of <br /> Finance be responsible for providing staff to manage lands acquired by the County and to <br /> minimize use of outside agents.
