HSAC has requested that each County Council submit proposals for the <br /> 1998 Legislative Package (Communication Attached. Action Requested). <br /> Next under New Business, the Executive Committee reviewed the HSAC Legislative Program <br /> Policy Statement. Annually, HSAC adopts a program policy statement as a guide for its <br /> legislative program. The Policy Statement was referred to counties for consideration (Proposal <br /> Attached. Action Requested). <br /> Under announcements President Mansho informed the committee about aJapan-American <br /> Conference Of Mayors and Chamber of Commerce Presidents to be held November 10-13, ]997 <br /> in Honolulu. <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
