WHEREAS, to continue this program, which has greatly impacted the Big Island <br /> communities throughout the County and has been deemed to be successful, the County will fund <br /> <br /> these two positions and their status be changed to permanent; and <br /> WHEREAS, there should be sufficient funds in the Prosecuting Attorney's Regular Salaries <br /> & Wages account (010.271.5271.01.011) for position no. PA-00024 and in the Kona Prosecuting <br /> Attorney's Regular Salaries & Wages account (010.271.5271.13.011) for position na. PA-00025. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVE® 13Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII that the County will continue to fund Position Nos.
