Until <br /> such time that the General Plan amendment is approved by the County Council, the <br /> <br /> requested zone change would be inconsistent with the current General Plan LUPAG <br /> designation of Medium Density Urban. <br /> <br /> 6. County Zoning: RS-10. <br /> 7. Hilo Community Development Plan: The Hilo Community Development Plan adopted <br /> <br /> by Resolution No. 1 on May 21, 1975 designates this area as RS-10. <br /> 8. Coastal Zone Management, HRS, Chapter 205A: The entire State of Hawaii lies <br /> <br /> within the Coastal Zone Management area. <br /> 9. Special Management Area: The SMA is a part of the Coastal Zone Management <br /> <br /> Program regulated by the County.
