INFORMATION <br /> 1. Land Ownership: The property is owned by Juro Murakami, Etsuro Murakami, Keiji <br /> Murakami, Jean K. Murakami, Norman Murakami, Peter Murakami and Leo <br /> Murakami. The landowners have given written authorization to Sidney Fuke, Planning <br /> Consultant on behalf of Oda/McCarty Architects, Ltd. to file the necessary request for <br /> a Change of Zone application. <br /> 2. Previous Establishment: The property is the site of the former Murakami Store, <br /> which burned down within the last ten years. <br /> Pi A D DEVELOPMENT <br /> 3. Request: Oda/McCarty Architects, Ltd. is requesting a change of zone to relocate its <br /> architectural and planning office to the subject site. The office is currently situated on <br /> the site of the former Orchids of Hawaii and Paradise Plants, which was recently <br /> acquired by Big Island Candies, Inc. for the relocation of its confectionery <br /> manufacturing and retail site. <br /> 4. Site Plan: The site plan submitted by the applicant indicates an existing 1,840 square <br /> foot two-story dwelling, greenhouse, garage and shed on the subject property.
