d. Further, persons who were not registered voters on the date of signing <br /> were invalidated. Persons from whom an executed voter registration <br /> affidavit was not received prior to or contemporaneously with the petition <br /> signing, were invalidated as having a "prior signature date (PSD)" The <br /> date check was made of every elector deemed to be a qualified voter. <br /> e. If the signer did not provide a residence address or if a post office box was <br /> provided, the signature was invalidated (NRA). <br /> £ If the residence address on the petition did not match the general register <br /> (Statewide Voter Registration System), the signature was invalidated <br /> (RANM). <br /> g.
