REQUEST: <br /> <br /> Increase existing appropriation for account no. 110.299.5299.62 from $300,000 to $350,000 to allow for the <br /> receipt of additional funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service <br /> (NRCS) for the Kaumana Drive Flood Protection Phase of the Wailuku-Alenaio Watershed Plan. Additional <br /> funds will be made available through an Amendment to our original Agreement for Services between the <br /> County of Hawaii and the USDA, NRCS dated September 30, 2005. Authorization to execute the Agreement <br /> was authorized by the County Council through Resoultion 156-05. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> B.
