driveway access and parking stalls associated with the proposed development. <br /> Landscaping shall also be indicated on the plans to mitigate any adverse noise or <br /> visual impacts to adjacent properties in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Planning Department's Rule No. 17 (Landscaping Requirements). <br /> <br /> D. The height of the structures shall not exceed 35 feet. <br /> E. As represented by the applicant, the maximum number of residential units on the <br /> subject site shall not exceed twenty-four (24). Off-street parking shall be <br /> provided, calculated at two (2) parking spaces per unit. Furthermore, there shall <br /> be a minimum of eight (8) off-street guest stalls. These stalls, such as tandem, <br /> need not fully conform to the parking standards of the zoning code. <br /> F. A five-foot future road widening strip along the Laukapu Street frontage shall be <br /> subdivided and dedicated to the County within five (5) years from the effective <br /> date of this ordinance. <br /> G. Access to the property from Laukapu Street shall meet with the approval of the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> H. All driveway connections to Laukapu Street shall conform to Chapter 22, Streets <br /> and Sidewalks, of the Hawaii County Code. <br /> I. Provide full improvements to the entire frontage of Laukapu Street consisting of, <br /> but not limited to, pavement widening with concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, <br /> drainage improvements and any required utility relocation, meeting with the <br /> approval of the Department of Public Works. The improvements shall be located <br /> within afive-foot road widening strip along the Laukapu Street frontage and be <br /> dedicated to the County of Hawaii prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> -3- <br /> <br />
