This project involves the <br /> design and installation of new sewer mains and a new Wastewater Treatment Plant in order to <br /> meet Environmental Protection Agency requirements to eliminate large capacity cesspools. This <br /> bill increases the FY06-07 appropriation from $600,000 to $1,200,000 and brings the total <br /> appropriations for design costs on this project to $1,800,000. <br /> The $1,800,000 needed for design costs is estimated as follows: <br /> 1. Honoka'a Collector Sewer - $661,250 <br /> 2.
