The upgrade of the <br /> Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration system is required since existing <br /> Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) mass loading to the <br /> facility are higher than design values which has resulted in a reduction of plant treatment <br /> capacity.
