If not for the fact that it is wasting money, then <br /> it should be for the lack of facts. Kaapoko Hmstd. Rd. will be there in the future, so that <br /> <br /> when correct studies have been done and all the facts can be presented in truth, an <br /> intelligent decision can be made. <br /> <br />
