Easement 2 (80.00 feet wide) for All Purposes as <br /> shown on File Plan 2067, <br /> 2. Easement 3 (30.00 feet wide) for Utility Purposes as <br /> shown on File Plan 2067, and <br /> 3. No. 22,507 and dated October 2, 1996. <br /> SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following: <br /> 1. Upon cancellation of this executive order and/or in <br /> the event of non-use or abandonment of the premises or any <br /> portion thereof for a continuous period of one (1) year, or for <br /> any reason whatsoever, the Department of Transportation shall, <br /> within a reasonable time, restore the premises to a condition <br /> satisfactory and acceptable to the Department of Land and <br /> Natural Resources, State of Hawaii. <br /> 2.
