A. The Villages o Ta'~'oDUa Phase 1 D a~*+a~p a~~ments 7 <br /> to 16. Inclusive, being portions of the Government Land of <br /> Kealakehe, being also all of the following easements of <br /> The Villages of La'i'opua, Phase 1 as shown on File Plan <br /> 2128 filed in the Office of the Bureau of Conveyances of <br /> the State of Hawaii: <br /> EASEMENT AFFECTING LOT Bi2EA <br /> 7 12 24 square feet, <br /> 8 12 24 square feet, <br /> 9 12 24 square feet, <br /> 10 12 24 square feet, <br /> 11 12 26 square feet, <br /> 12 13 26 square feet, <br /> 13 13 24 square feet, <br /> 14 13 24 square feet, <br /> 15 14 24 square feet, anc <br /> 16 14 24 square feet, <br /> containing a total area of 244 square feet, more <br /> particularly described in Exhibit "A" which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof, said exhibit being a survey <br /> description prepared by the Survey Division, Department of <br /> Accounting and General Services, State of Hawaii, <br /> designated C.S.F. No. 22,508 and dated October 2, 1996; and <br /> B. The Villages of La'1'ODUa Phase 1 Access asement 17, <br /> being a portion of the Government Land of Kealakehe, being <br /> also all of Easement 17 of The Villages of La'i'opua, <br /> Phase 1 as shown on File Plan 2128 filed in the Office of <br /> the Bureau of Conveyances of the State of Hawaii affecting <br /> Lot 20 and containing an area of 29,626 square feet, more <br /> particularly described in Exhibit "B" which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof, said exhibit being a survey <br /> description prepared by the Survey Division, Department of <br /> Accounting and General Services, State of Hawaii, <br /> designated C.S.F. No. 22,509 and dated October 2, 1996, <br /> SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Upon cancellation of this executive order and/or <br /> in the event of non-use or abandonment of the premises or any <br /> portion thereof for a continuous period of one (1) year, or for <br /> any reason whatsoever, the County of Hawaii shall, within a <br /> reasonable time, restore the premises to a condition <br /> satisfactory and acceptable to the Department of Land and <br /> <br /> Natural Resources, State of Hawaii; and <br /> 2.
