Request <br /> that Messrs. Scott Crozier, Miles Kawazoe, and Todd Vincent attend as instructors. Your agency <br /> may send up to eight additional personnel to the course as students. Instrudors must participate <br /> in course set up on May 15 and demobilization on May 18. <br /> We will reimburse your agency for airfare and ground transportation for all attendees. Expenses <br /> must conform to State rules and regulations. We will provide lodging at the training site. <br /> Overtime is an authorized reimbursement for the RSl instrucors only.
