Sayre Memorial Foundation, c/o Hawaii Community <br /> Foundation, 1164 Bishop Street, Suite 800, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The funds are <br /> designated to purchase new flight helmets, equipped with communication devices, for <br /> the pilots of the rescue helicopter (based at Waiakea Station) and the pilots of the <br /> rescue/aeromedical helicopter pilots (based at S.
