Section 27-5. The base flood depths range from one to three feet[;] where: L1 a <br /> cleazly defined channel does not exist; u the path of flooding is unpredictable and <br /> indeterminate; and (3~ velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by <br /> ponding or sheet flow. <br /> <br />
