Bush is requesting a Change of Zone from the County's Family <br /> Agricultural (FA-la) zone to Single Family Residential (RS-10) for 1.662 acres of land at <br /> Lot 15, Kealakehe Homesteads, Kealakehe, North Kona, Hawaii, specificall}• identified as <br /> Tax Map Key : (3) 7-4-04:16. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. The applicant is proposing to create a five (5) lot residential subdivision with minimum <br /> lot sizes of 10,000 square feet. <br /> 2. The applicant proposes to construct two access points off of Palarti Road to provide <br /> access to these lots. One access point already exists. <br /> 3. Water will be provided to these lots from a County Department of Water Supply 8" <br /> line that fronts the property on Palani Road. <br /> 4.
