In SECTION 26, bill 151 was chanced by amending this section as follows: <br /> "SECTION 26. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval, provided that the <br /> provisions of this ordinance that amend paragraph 27-16(1)(F), paragraph 27-16(2)(G), <br /> paragraph 27-18(3)(F), [ ]subsections 27-28(b) and (c), paragraph <br /> [~?-2905)] 27-20(al(4)(E), paragraph 27-20(b)(1), and subsection 27- <br /> 26(b) shall take effect on March 31, 2008." <br /> Aversion of the bill that incorporates the proposed amendments is attached.
