In SECTION 9, bill 151 was chanced by amending paragraph 27-16(1)(F) as follows: <br /> "(F) Require and maintain a copy of the title and signature page of all State and/or <br /> Federal permits that are required in association with individual department of <br /> public works (DPW) grubbing and grading permit applications [be€e~g <br /> Failure of the applicant to provide copies of such State and/or <br /> Federal permits shall result in denial and/or revocation of applicant's DPW's <br /> permit(s). This provision, i.e. paragraph 17-16(1)(Fl, upon approval of this <br /> ordinance, shall take effect on March 31, 2008." <br /> 7. In SECTION 9, bi11151 was chanced by amending paragraph 27-16(2)(G) as follows: <br /> "(G) Require and maintain [sepies] a copy of the title and si ng afore pages of all State <br /> and/or Federal permits associated with rug bbing and/or rag ding permit <br /> applications submitted to the department of public works pursuant to this chapter <br /> and use adequate internal controls to safeguard and preserve the information. <br /> This provision, i.e. paragraph 27-16(2)(G), upon approval of this ordinance, shall <br /> take effect on March 31, 2008." <br /> 8. In SECTION 9, bill 151 was chanced by amending paragraphs 27-16(3) & (4) as follows: <br /> "[(s)] ~ Interpretation of maps. <br /> [(A~] The director of public works shall make interpretations where needed, <br /> as to the exact location of the boundaries of the azeas of special flood <br /> hazazds (for example, where there appears to be a conflict between a <br /> mapped boundazy and actual field conditions).
