<br /> August 20, 2007 <br /> <br /> Page 5 <br /> ~mt~-coianivi.T] <br /> (4) Requirement to submit new technical data. <br /> Whenever there are changes made or discovered within a floodplain <br /> that increase or decrease BFE or alter the boundaries of any special <br /> flood hazard area, as soon as practical, but no later than six months <br /> after the date such information becomes available, the floodplain <br /> administrator shall notify the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br /> of the changes by submitting technical or scientific data through the <br /> Letter of Map Revision process. Such a submission is necessary so <br /> that upon confirmation of those physical changes affecting flooding <br /> conditions, risk premium rates and floodplain management <br /> requirements will be based upon current data. <br /> (B) The director of public works, the floodplain administrator, or <br /> deli ng ated person(s) shall conduct a review of requests for a Letter of <br /> Map Revision (LOMRI, or Conditional Letter of Map Revision <br /> (CLOMR), or other Federal Emergency Manaeement Agency map <br /> revision, as may be reauired by the applicable Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency request form." <br /> 9. In SECTION 9 that amends paragraph 27-16(6)(E), bi11151 was chanced as follows: <br /> "(E) Within [sixty] nine days of the completion of the alteration or <br /> relocation of a watercourse (not the entire development), the applicant <br /> shall submit: <br /> (i) "As built" plans; [and] <br /> (ii) The application for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), and any <br /> other information required by the LOMR process to the <br /> floodplain administrator[:] <br /> (iii) The director of public works, the floodplain administrator, or <br /> deli ng ated person(s) shall make an independent review of the <br /> re~resentation(sl contained within any Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency map revision request prepared by an <br /> applicant or an applicant's agent, to include a review for <br /> completeness of required information and a field visit to review <br /> general consistency with visible site conditions. <br /> Failure to deliver the foregoing information to the floodplain <br /> administrator by the end of the initial [sixty] ninety days from the <br /> completion of the alteration or relocation of the watercourse shall be a <br /> violation of this chapter and each additional day that the information is <br /> not delivered shall be an additional violation of this chapter." <br /> <br />
