<br /> (D) General floodplain -Zone A.
<br /> (E) Land adjacent to drainage facilities, and Zone A99.
<br /> {F) Other areas - Zone X (shaded) and Zone X (unshadedl.

<br /> areas that [ems] encompass and are adjacent to a river, stream,
<br /> stormwater channel, outfall area, or other inland water or drainage facility

<br /> (I) Any building permit lawfully issued prior to May 5, 1982 or building
<br /> permit application properly filed and accepted for review prior to May 5,
<br /> 1982, provided that approval was obtained without any significant changes
<br /> in plans or specifications made after May 5, 1982.
<br /> (2) Roadway and site improvements for subdivisions for which tentative
<br /> approval had been granted prior to May 5, 1982 and where roadway and
<br /> site improvement construction and grading plans had received all
