Failure of the applicant to provide copies of such State <br /> and/or Federal permits shall result in denial and/or revocation of <br /> applicant's DPW's permit(s). This provision, i.e. paragraph 27-16(1)(F), <br /> upon approval of this ordinance, shall take effect on June 1, <br /> 2008." <br /> C) Pages 16-17 Paragraph 27-16(2)(G) was amended as follows: <br /> Require and maintain a copy of the title and sienatute paces of all State <br /> and/or Federal permits associated with >?rubbine and/or rading~ermit <br /> applications submitted to the department of public works pursuant to this <br /> chapter and use adequate internal controls to safeguard and preserve the <br /> information. This provision, i.e. paragraph 27-16(2)(G), upon approval <br /> of this ordinance, shall take effect on June 1, 2008." <br /> D) Page 17 Paragraph 27-16(4)(A) was amended as follows: <br /> Requirement to submit new technical data. <br /> (A) Whenever there are changes made or discovered within a <br /> floodplain that increase or decrease BFE or faltex-the <br /> l~eundariesj result in aFIRM-mappable alteration of the <br /> boundaries of any special flood hazazd azea. as soon as practical, <br /> but no later than six months after the date such information <br /> becomes available, the floodplain administrator shall notify the <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agency of the changes by <br /> submitting technical or scientific data through the Letter of Map <br /> Revision process.
