Permits <br /> Discuss the status of, and if available, attach any State, sub-State, <br /> or local permits or permitting processes of an environmental nature <br /> that will have to be complied with in the implementation of the HPG <br /> program. There is no FmHA requirement that applicants apply for, <br /> permits during the preapplication or application review process. <br /> 6.
