This <br /> property contains approximately 3,718 square feet of warehouse space, 225 square feet of shop <br /> office/restrooms, and 288 square feet of office space (two suites at 144 square feet each), and is <br /> located at 73-4164 Huliko'a Street in Kailua-Kona, further identified as Tax Map Key: <br /> (3) 7-3-058-038. <br /> The office space will be occupied by the Department of Environmental Management's Abandoned <br /> Vehicle Coordinator for West Hawai'i and the Recycling Coordinator for West Hawai'i and the seven <br /> (7) custodian/groundskeeping Kona staff.
