This <br /> donation, with a total estimated value of $4,772, is being donated by Phoenix V LLC, <br /> dba BEI Hawai'i, 430 Kekoana6'a Street, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. <br /> BEI is a distributor of pesticides, fertilizers, and industrial chemicals, and has developed <br /> Risk Management Plans to mitigate the impact of unintended chemical spills and <br /> discharges. As part of these efforts, BEI has developed an Emergency Response <br /> Program with the Hawai'i Fire Department Hazmat Teams.
