No. 487-08 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:20 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 487-08, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 487-08, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 926, dated January 7, 2008, authorizes the acceptance of a Chlorine Recovery Vessel with <br /> wheels and two (2) Chlorine Manuals to the Hawaii Fire Department donated by Phoenix V <br /> LLC, dba BEI; total estimated value of $4,772. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> <br /> A letter of appreciation will be sent to Mr. Geoffrey B.
