The <br /> members shall be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the <br /> Council [ ,.v41.n«, nl,n,l >,o nl.,.no., F <br /> representation from some or all of the following professionals and <br /> persons with special interest in [ <br /> architecture, history, archaeology, planning, architectural history, <br /> Hawaiian culture, and ethnic history and culture of Hawaii <br /> County.
