COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ STATE OF HAWAII <br /> :;s <br /> ••o:•~. <br /> BILL NO. zap <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDTTION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-265, Schedule 13 (Yield <br /> locations), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended) is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> O Ka`iulani Street at southbound approach to bride number 23-3. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declazed to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
