Our letters dated February 1, 2008 transmitting three (3) proposed amendments <br /> to Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code, which have been subsequently <br /> numbered as Bills 245, 246 and 247. <br /> <br /> 2. Our letters dated February 4, 2008 transmitting four (4) proposed amendments to <br /> Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code, which have been subsequently <br /> numbered as Bills 248, 249, 250 and 251. <br /> <br /> This letter is to request that the subject bills be withdrawn from the February 20, 2008 <br /> Hawaii County Council Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations <br /> agenda due to formatting errors in the titles of the proposed ordinances. <br /> If there are any questions regarding this request, please contact our Deputy Director, <br /> Mr. Jiro Sumada, at 961-8324. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> RUCE C.
