Department of Transportation (DOT): "With comments shown below: <br /> <br /> - No access will be allowed from the State Highway. <br /> - No additional storm discharge shall be allowed onto the State's right-of-way. <br /> - Guardrails for all lots (lower ones) that require protection from highway traffic. <br /> - Barrier for objects like trees that may projectile from Queen Kaahumanu Highway <br /> if to build more than 10' below the Highway."
