BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> Requesting to create a new Construction Equipment Mechanic position in Kohala. The increase in <br /> construction equipment to service from Solid Waste in Kohala has created an increasing need for <br /> another Construction Equipment Mechanic position in that district. <br /> <br /> Also requesting to abolish position number 00-02328, Lubrication Worker. Since the position can only <br /> perform lubrication work, it is not needed at this time.
