The increase in <br /> construction equipment to service from Solid Waste in Kohala has created an increasing need for another <br /> Construction Equipment Mechanic position in that district. Also requesting to abolish position number 00- <br /> 02328, Lubrication Worker. Since the position can only perform lubrication work, it is not needed at this <br /> time.
