I mean Chapter 91 just sets out the rules under which hearings, the process will be conducted. So they, they don't require that public hearings be held do they or they do? GOLDSTEIN: They do. GIANNINL I think what they, I think what this is meant to say is that these have to comply with Chapter 91 so that the Planning Commission hearings will be contested case hearings and therefore appealable to court. It just wants to clarify that. That's why it's saying it has to be held pursuant to Chapter 91, MCINTOSH: Oh, so, maybe I put held "pursuant to Chapter 91" in the wrong place.
