I just think if we're <br />going to say we're going to send a favorable recommendation with the request from the Planning <br />Commission that the Council give consideration to alternative methods of solving the problem <br />such as offering private counsel to the Board of Appeals to make it completely independent of the <br />County. <br />GIANNINI: Instead, could I just make a correction.
