County Report <br /> <br /> 1. County Report from James Y. Arakaki, Hawaii County Chair, to President <br /> Rene Mansho, dated December 8, 1997, regarding the HSAC Legislative <br /> Package and the approval of Honolulu Council Resolution 97-314 <br /> supporting the establishment of a nationwide uniform alcohol and <br /> substance abuse testing program was placed on file. <br /> <br /> 2. County Report from Ronald Kouchi, Chair, Public Safety & <br /> Services/Intergovemmental Relations Committee, Kauai County, to <br /> President Rene Mansho dated December 18, 1997, regarding the HSAC <br /> Legislative Package was placed on file. <br /> <br /> 3.
