A speed study consisting of trial runs was conducted and we find 45 miles per <br /> hour is the appropriate speed for this section of Route 132. We discussed our findings with the Police Department <br /> and they concur with our recommendations. <br /> <br /> The section of Route 132 between Route 130 and the Pohoiki Road Junction is already posted at 35 miles per hour <br /> but not listed in the County Traffic Code. The proposed amendment will add this section of Route 132 to the <br /> Traffic Code. A location map is attached. <br /> <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
