COUNTY OF HAWAII:: F . s NATE OF HAWAII <br />r BILL NO. 217 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 42 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC. SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />0 Route 132. from Route 130 to the Pohoiki Road Junction. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-260, schedule 8 (45 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />0 Route 132 from -the Pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137. <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. - <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
