(I3) The application has been reviewed and approved by the electrical <br /> inspector, if required pursuant to section 3-15; <br /> (C) The application has been reviewed and approved by the planning director; <br /> and <br /> (D) Applicable sign permit fees have been received. <br /> (2) Reject the sign permit in writing, if the sign(s) that is the subject of the application <br /> fails in any way to conform with the requirements of this article. <br /> (c) In case of a rejection, the chief engineer shall: <br /> (1) Specify in writing the section or sections of this article with which the sign(s) is <br /> inconsistent; and <br /> (2) Provide the applicant with information about the variance and appeal processes <br /> contained in this article. <br /> Section 3-19. Perynit contents and record. <br /> (a) Permits shall be numbered and shall contain the following information: <br /> (1) The permit number and the date of issuance; <br /> (2) The name of the property owner and sign owner; <br /> (3) The location of the sign(s), including tax map key number; and <br /> (4) In the case of a temporary banner, the date of expiration of the permit. <br /> (b) The chief engineer shall maintain for public inspection a record of all permits issued. <br /> Section 3-20. Inspection upon coinpiction. <br /> A permittee shall, upon completion of the installation, construction, erection, relocation or <br /> <br /> alteration of the sign, notify the chief engineer who shall inspect the sign. <br /> 19 <br /> <br />
