The amendment would delete all exceptions to <br /> connection requirements for lots accessible to a sewer. The amendment also eliminates the <br /> option for private developers to pay the full cost of having the County construct sewer <br /> extensions. This provision was very unlikely to ever be used since the cost and time constraints <br /> for having the County perform the work would be prohibitive to a developer. <br /> <br /> We ask for your consideration in adopting the subject ordinance.
