It would be the County's <br /> <br /> prerogative to use these bleachers as need dictates. In exchange, we <br /> would ask that the bleachers be housed and maintained at the soccer field <br /> and be available for our use at Old Hawaii On Horseback pageants in the <br /> future. <br /> <br /> We hope the County will be receptive to our proposal as we see this <br /> arrangement to be of mutual benefit to soccer families and pageant <br /> <br /> organizers.
