The tests are more <br /> related to adequacy of infrastructure and a timetable that is <br /> consistent with the Subdivision Code. <br /> <br /> b. Re-wording the construction and performance requirements for the <br /> commercial and multiple-family residential area, as the existing <br /> timetable is not consistent with current practice; and <br /> <br /> c. Requiring the submittal of an overall master plan for the Planning <br /> Director's review and approval before the processing of any <br /> subdivision and/or development plans within the subject site. This <br /> would allow for a comprehensive rather than a piecemeal review of <br /> the entire property. <br /> <br /> 2. Infrastructural Requirements and Their Schedule <br /> <br /> Conditions I and J relate to drainage and roadway systems. Specifically: <br /> <br /> • Condition I generally referred to drainage systems being installed, and <br /> <br /> • Condition J required roadway improvements, street layouts, and <br /> on-site construction road. <br /> <br /> The applicant is proposing that there be more explicit articulation and <br /> clarification of the drainage and roadway requirements, including their <br /> construction timetable. Additionally, there would also be a new condition <br /> reflecting the development of a solid waste management plan. <br /> <br /> 3. Development and/or Design Requirements <br /> <br /> Conditions K & L relate to archaeological requirements, while Condition M <br /> addresses the affordable housing requirement. The issue of "ohana" housing <br /> was not addressed. As such, in this set of amendments, the following are <br /> being proposed: <br /> <br /> a. Updating Conditions K & L to make the reference to the appropriate <br /> agency more current, <br />
