Park Requirement <br /> <br /> Condition N required a 4-acre park. This portion is being amended to <br /> clarify when said park must be set aside and available. <br /> <br /> REQUESTED AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> In view of the foregoing, the following amendments are being requested. Please note <br /> that the underscored items are the new language, while the bracketed [ ] items are to be <br /> deleted, and the italicized words reflect the entire amended condition: <br /> <br /> 1. Condition [D] C <br /> <br /> in conjunction with the submittal of plans for subdivision or plan approval <br /> review, a master plan of the subject property shall be filed with the Planning <br /> Director [plans for the first increment shall be submitted within one year from <br /> the effective date of the change of zone]. <br /> The master plan is intended to provide comprehensive design principles and <br /> guidelines for the development of the commercial and residential areas in a <br /> manner consistent with infrastructural requirements and the surrounding <br /> area. Final subdivision approval or final plan approval for any portion of <br /> the sulhject property .shall be secured within [one year] the ears from the <br /> effective date of [receipt of tentative subdivision approval] this amendment. <br /> <br /> 2.
