Hawaii TMK: 6-9-3:1 5 reports <br />as Billows: <br />Bill No. 121 amends Section 2~-K-12 (Kawaihae-Puako %one Map), Article 8, Chapter 3$ (Zoning <br />Code) of the Hawaii County Code. by changing the district classification for approximately <br />20.660 square feet of land tiom a Resort (V-1.25) to a Single Family Residential (RS-IU) coned <br />district. <br />The somewhat rectangular-shaped subject property, owned in tee by OneKea I Iui, LLC. is located <br />on the makai side of Puako Beach Drive in Puako Beach Lots. 'I~he managing members, Mc and <br />Donna Blasdell arc in agreement with the request. The site is vacant and was previoush grubbed <br />and graded as part of the deg clopment nl the area and to accommodate a dwelling prcvioush <br />located on the site. <br />l he applicant is seeking to subdivide the propu~ry into two lots to construct two single-fumil}~ <br />dwellings.
