Property: The subject property has a total area of 5.00 acres. The property is <br /> <br /> rectangular shaped with two existing farm dwellings. <br /> 12. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: Surrounding lands to the Kanehoa Subdivision <br /> <br /> includes the vacant State-owned lands to the south and zoned A-5a; Kamuela <br /> Plantations, a 10-lot subdivision, located immediately to the east and zoned A-5a; <br /> <br /> Anekona Estates Subdivision, a 36-lot subdivision, located to the west and zoned A-5a; <br /> <br /> and Waimea Landmark Estates, a 26-lot subdivision, located across the Kawaihae Road <br /> to the north and zoned A-3a.
