COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 2so <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />08 63 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDTI'ION) RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE TI' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-256, schedule 4 (30 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, item (3), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition), is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />(3) Mamalahoa Highway, from a uoint four thousand one hundred feet <br />in a southerly direction from the terminus of the State Highway at <br />Honalo to the terminus of the State Highway at Captain Cook. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read: <br />O Mamalahoa Highway. from the terminus of the State Highway at <br />Honalo to a point four thousand one hundred feet in a southerly <br />direction. <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />
