~tV Ofy <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ~yu~'MiI <br /> BILL NO. 2so <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION) RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE TI' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-256, schedule 4 (30 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, item (3), of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition), is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> (3) Mamalahoa Highway, from a point four thousand one hundred feet <br /> in a southerly direction from the terminus of the State Highway at <br /> Honalo to the terminus of the State Highway at Captain Cook. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read: <br /> Mamalahoa Hi~hwav from the terminus of the State HiQhway at <br /> Honalo to a point four thousand one hundred feet in a southerly <br /> direction. <br /> SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> <br />
