The Recipient acknowledges its responsi- <br /> bility to submit to EM: (a) prior to project closeout, the <br /> information identified as "Performance and outcomes at project <br /> completion," and (b) two years and four years thereafter, the <br /> information identified as "Project outcomes at 2 years and 4 <br /> years after completion," set forth as Core Performance Measures <br /> in Addendum to Economic Development Administration Standard Terms <br /> and Conditions--Non-Construction Programs. RDA will advise the <br /> Recipient in writing, not less than 90 days prior to the time for <br /> submission, in the event there are any modifications in the <br /> information required to be submitted. <br />
